Cheapest creatine, by price per kilogram
Creatine comes in tubs of every size, so the sticker price alone doesn't tell you which one is cheapest. We divide each tub's price by its weight to get the price per kilogram and rank from the lowest.

How we rank
- Price per kilogram is the tub price divided by its weight in kilograms: a 500 g tub at £12 is £24 per kilogram.
- Tubs from 100 g to 2 kg count. Capsules and tablets are sold by count, not weight, so they aren't on the list.
- Blends are out: creatine with protein, carbs, amino acids, electrolytes or pre-workout ingredients, and multi-product bundles. We can't tell how much of those tubs is creatine.
- Products we know are out of stock, and products whose price we haven't confirmed in the last 48 hours, aren't listed.
- The same creatine is often sold in several sizes and by several stores; we show each brand's lowest price per kilogram.
Common questions
Is a bigger tub always cheaper?
Not always. A small tub on sale can cost less per kilogram than a large tub at full price, which is why the ranking looks at the price per kilogram, not the tub size.
How much does creatine cost per day?
3–5 g a day is the most common range. At 5 g a day a kilogram lasts 200 days, so divide the price per kilogram by 200 for a rough daily cost: creatine at £20 a kilogram is 10p a day.
How often are prices updated?
We check most stores every six hours and a few once a day; the ranking is recalculated after every check. Discount codes applied at checkout are not included.
What do the green labels mean?
Both come from our own price history, not the store's crossed-out price. "Real discount" means today's price is below the price we saw on at least 7 different days in the last 30. "Lowest in 30 days" is the lowest price in our last 30 days of history.
